We collect the details you provide during onboarding (such as your name and contact information), the credit report and documents you choose to upload, and the authorizations you complete. We also record activity needed to operate and secure the service.

We use your information to provide the service you request: reviewing your credit report, working through possible dispute items with you, and tracking your progress. We do not sell your personal information.

Documents are held in a private, encrypted vault, and processing is authorization-first — your report is not processed before your required authorizations are on file. Access is limited to the reviewed workflow.

We share information only as needed to provide the service, comply with the law, or protect the rights and safety of our users. We do not send anything to a credit bureau automatically; outbound steps are recorded, human-reviewed actions.
